At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Eyewear

  Place the sunglasses or frames in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they remain scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
